At Forge Marketing Group, we champion a distinctive approach to direct mail campaigns. Rather than your typical promotional postcards that quickly find their way into the trash, we craft postcards that deliver helpful information and genuine value to potential customers.
This approach not only elevates brand image but also deepens engagement with the target audience.
It's vital to recognize that direct mail campaigns are not a quick fix, but a strategic, long-term investment.
We recommend businesses try these campaigns for a minimum of 4-5 months before fully assessing their return on investment.
How It Works
01.
Registration
We will ask you to submit this registration form if you want to participate in the group mailing program. Note: You are only required to submit this form once, but you may complete it again if you’d like to update the information.
02.
Group Mailing Confirmation
A member of the Forge team will contact you to confirm:

Your participation in the month’s mailing.

The mailing list(s) in which you’ve been assigned.

That your information we have on file is correct and up-to-date.
03.
Billing
A member of the Forge team will send you an invoice on the first business day of the month of your mailing.
If you register for your first mailing after the first business day of the month has passed, then you will be billed immediately upon confirming that you will participate in the mailing program.
**Our team will not move beyond this step in the group mailing process for your business until your invoice is paid in full.
04.
Postcard Info Confirmation
A Forge Team Lead will contact you to discuss your postcard for the month’s mailing. They will confirm the topic you would like your postcard to discuss and will ask if there is any specific information or details you would like to include on the card.
05.
Postcard Design Confirmation
A Forge Team Lead will also share potential design options with you for your postcard. You can then select a postcard design style based on your preferences.
06.
Postcard Creation
Upon confirming the postcard information and design, the Forge team will create your postcard. A Forge Team Lead will share the completed postcard with you for your approval or edits.
07.
Printing, Handling, and Shipping
After you approve the final postcard, your job is done! Forge will facilitate the printing, handling, and shipping processes for the mailer packets. A Forge Team lead will notify you when the packets are out for delivery!
Recipient Details
Each mailing list includes 1,000 contacts who are either business owners or decision-makers of businesses based in Metro Lexington and neighboring cities.
**You can include any business you'd like to target as long as you have the decision maker's name and their business address.
If you would like to reach a larger audience, you may join additional mailing groups. The increments remain constant, so you must spend an additional $600 to reach another audience list of 1,000 recipients.
Postcard and Packet Details
Forge will mail a packet containing 5-6 postcards to each contact on the mailing list. Each postcard will share an advertisement from a different group mailing participant.
**We will not include postcards from your direct competitors in the same packets as your postcard advertisements.
Each postcard is double-sided, full color, and will have dimensions 5.5 inches x 8.5 inches.
Group Mailing Program Fees
The group mailing program costs $600 per month per mailing list of 1,000 recipients. The $600 program fee covers:

Mailer Processing
Group mailing participants are welcome to purchase ad space targeting multiple mailing lists if they would like to reach more than 1,000 recipients. Additional advertisements follow the same $600 cost and 1,000 recipient increments.
For example: If a group participant would like to buy access to 2 lists, they would be billed $1,200 to reach an audience of 2,000 recipients.
Mailing Dates
The direct mailing packets are placed in the mail by the last business day of the month, so they can be delivered within the first few days of the following month.
